增強式訓練 (Plyometric) 能有效地提升跳躍及速度等的運動表現,加入變化例如單腳的訓練又會帶來什麼不同的影響呢?

一項最新的研究將15位參加者分為兩組,分別以雙腳和單腳為主,進行增強式訓練。

結果顯示:

?️‍♂️兩組在雙腳反向跳 (Counter-movment Jump) 中的進步並沒有明顯分別
?️‍♂️單腳反向跳及坐式蹬腿最大等長收縮的測試中,單腳訓練組的進步比雙腳訓練組高
?️‍♂️左右腳力量產生總的進步只有在單腳訓練增強式訓練後才出現統計學上的明顯進步
