Content includes understanding the effective and correct methods of weight control, behavior modification methods and general popular diet fallacy, calorie calculation, analysis and preparation of recipes, food and kitchen hygiene management. Practical courses include assessment and analysis of dietary habits and nutritional needs, counseling skills, communication methods guests. This course provides students the relevant medical knowledge, so that students know how to deal with issues related to weight control nutrition, providing dietary advice and plans.
