Course Description: The course teaches students how different types of stretching techniques and designs for different guests stretching training programs,

Including fitness enthusiasts, athletes and people poor posture. Prof. including extending the use of tools, Myofascial myofascial trigger point and Immediate Antagonist Toning (IAT), in order to strengthen stretch training.

Courses focus:

• stretching exercises Principles and Practice

• Design

• myofascial myofascial trigger point and IAT skills

• poor posture stretch persons

Admission: Certificate Holder of Certificate in Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer - Foundation Component or equivalent
