Most outstanding achievements:
My height is 180 cm and I weighted 70 kg originally. I have been undergoing muscle training to build physical fitness, endurance and muscular power. After three months of practice, my weight increased to 71.2 kg with no significant changes to the body fat mass, while my cardiorespiratory capacity is improved.
Regarding contributions to the industry
I am trying to spend more time for development in the physical fitness industry, and I look forward to try different kinds of work on physical fitness. My major current task is supporting the Outdoor Training provided by The NorthFace HK.
