Regarding client’s training
I have more than ten years of teaching experience in the fitness industry. For some endurance sports prescriptions like ( F.I.T.T.), “F” is Frequency, which means the best number of practices for every week; “I” is Intensity, which means the intensity of the sports; “T” is Time, which means the ideal and effective time of continued sports; “T” is Type of exercise, which means the categories of sports;. F.I.T.T. is one of the effective ways of training for customers.
Regarding academic knowledge and preparation of lectures
I have taught higher diploma in health care, nutrition and fitness and courses on passing fitness tests of disciplinary courses in Caritas. Students completing the relevant subjects can apply for the Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate and Registered Exercise Professional (REP) from both AASFP and International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals, (ICREPs) and can be fitness trainer in different countries in the world.
