Truly believe that appropriate sports and diet as well as positive work attitudes could help develop a comprehensive read healthy life. In the past 10 years or so, continued sports training for children and youths help the promotion of modern way of keeping good health.
Regarding client’s training.
Modern training plans have to be diversified and combined with all sorts of methods including resistance training, Pilates, aqua fitness, stretching exercises, massage, etc., and choice of different indoor and outdoor venues so the training can yield best effects.
Regarding academic knowledge and preparation of lectures
Mainly providing fitness training courses for children and youths for the AASFP. Also actively participated in the voluntary and promotional activities in recent years.
Regarding contributions to the industry
She works in the promotion of the awareness of sports health and family exercising program in the community, and also transmission of the messages of importance of sports of health to youths and the elderlies. At the same time, she provided appropriate suggestions and rectification methods for children and youths with skeleton problem.
