Badminton and Track-and-Field Training
Most outstanding achievements:
Regarding client’s training
I have more than ten years’ of trainer experience in the fitness industry. Under my professional training, there are many successful experiences, including body shaping, increasing sports performances, etc. There was once a current fire officer who asked me to be his personal fitness trainer for he had joined a hurdles competition in sports day and therefore had to find a trainer to teach his track and field skills. He did not know how to play hurdles at the beginning but in the end he made it to the finals and managed to get into top 3. This gave me a great sense of satisfaction.
Regarding academic information or lectures
I have worked in large clubhouses and fitness centre as personal trainer for many years and mainly teach some stretching classes. My target was to make sure my students enjoy sports under a risk-free environment. Apart from my relevant fitness training experience, I will also teach in Caritas Institute of Community Education. My great experience in together with my passions towards the education industry enables me to share lots of knowledge with my students during the class.
When I was in secondary school, I was keen on track and field sports (dash and hurdles). During those days, I joined badminton team and was a member with high competitiveness and represented my school in joining the mixed doubles game of Hong Kong Open Badminton Championships held by the Hong Kong Badminton Association Limited. In the past ten years, I kept playing badminton and also learnt some other sports events. For example, golf has become my newly learnt sports.
