A middle-aged client has been suffering from back and waist pain for long while and needed to sit down after walking for every 10 minutes or so. That is reli inconvenient to him and the consistent pain causes insomnia to him. After 8 weeks of Pilates and post-recovery training, adjustments and improvement of postures, the client could walk for one hour and above and his work efficiency was greatly raised too.
