Regarding client’s training
Age of my students ranged from babies who were still not yet born inside their mum’s bodies to elderly who are seventy or eighty. Looking at those mommys-to-be who got rid of their back pain, those officer workers who can finally walk straight with their chest up, as well as elderly who managed to leave the classroom with fast pace, I felt the bodily changes brought about by exercises with consistent and proper intensity and I got great satisfaction as their trainer!
Regarding academic information or lectures
After getting recognition from the Kamal’s Rhythmic Yoga Association in 2003, I joined the yoga training industry as I had passion for it and kept on learning further. In 2006, I got the qualifications of Pilates trainer from BodyArts and Science International and combined the advantages of yoga and pilates to help students achieve better body shapes and health. In 2007 and 2008, I took different trainer courses that target special group of clients, e.g. fitness courses for child and adolescents, the elderly, prenatal and post-natal women, to bring along safer and effective trainings for students with different needs.
I completed the AASFP fitness trainer course in 2016 and kept on studying to provide more tailor made courses for clients.
Regarding self-training
Every single student of mine is unique in terms of character and bodily conditions. I need to use different teaching styles in order to achieve improvements in health.
