Regarding client’s training
Helped a trainee with mood disorder to release endorphin in her brain through exercise and improved her mood as well as physical and mental health.
Helped a lady with 150 lbs and 1.52 m tall to lose weight to ideal weight within 7 months with certain level of muscles. Both her BMI and fat percentage reached healthy and ideal levels.
A 50-year-old woman who had been suffering from high blood pressure for a long time was helped to improve her lifestyle habits through appropriate exercise and dietary changes and to normalize her blood pressure. The doctor also recommended that she stop taking antihypertensive medication.
A 20-year-old girl with a chronic illness was helped. Due to her long-term illness, her hair was partially bald. Through proper exercise and dietary changes, her hair gradually grew back and she lost 30 pounds in four months. Her body fat and muscle percentage returned to normal.

Regarding self-training
I grew up in a sporty family and represented the school in various competitions, including athletics, volleyball and swimming. In 2002, I was encouraged by the coach of the Hong Kong team to enter the coaching business. After graduating, I became a full-time fitness and personal trainer. I have been working for more than ten years. I love teaching and continue to educate myself in this field. I am committed to developing fitness and healthy living according to the needs of people from all walks of life, such as pregnant women before and after childbirth, children and the elderly, etc., including training for sports injuries and specialised sports training.
In teaching, it was discovered that students' body, mind and emotions are closely related. In order to improve the quality of teaching, the athlete performance, reduce stress, I learned some related courses such as emotional therapy and got the professional qualifications.
Currently, through exercise, understanding physical needs and mental health, and using healing methods to help relieve physical pain problems and the root causes.
Regarding contributions to the industry
Design sports program for children with disability in their intelligence and help them increase confidence. And an instructor for various charitable organizations.
