Regarding client’s training

Helped a trainee‭ ‬with‭ ‬mood disorder to release‭ ‬endorphin‭ ‬in her brain through exercise and improved her mood as well as‭ ‬physical‭ ‬and mental health‭.

Helped a lady with 150‭ ‬lbs and 1.52‭ ‬m tall to lose weight to ideal weight within 7‭ ‬months with certain level of muscles‭. ‬Both her BMI and fat percentage reached‭ ‬healthy‭ ‬and ideal levels‭. ‬
