Regarding client’s training

Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2015

The client joined half-marathon event [21KM] and ran 45 minutes faster than last year and was awarded the improvement award

Arranged training plan three months before the competition and ran within 10 kilometers of slope and did a series of fitness training at least twice a week.

Increasing the training frequency and intensity to one 21 kilometers of running or longer and doing fitness training for at least twice a week.

As for nutrition, I advised my clients to absorb food containing carbohydrates and proteins and asking clients to maintain normal weight.

2013-2015 Tsuen Wan and Island Inter-school Athletics Competition

The students got champion, first-runner-up, second-runner-up, etc, for 100-, 200-, 400, 800-, 4X100-, 4X400- meter dash, high jump, triple jump and shot put.

Using number and sets of training as training target for the competition and using heart rate as target for training as well as track and field exercises to reinforce all kinds of fitness training.

Regarding academic information or lectures

Always writing posts in his peronal facebook to explain in detail and share training video and photo records.

Being the fitness trainer of “WE CYCLE the Changing Wheel” of AASFP and compiled lecture notes, taught fitness theory classes and assess students’ fitness knowledge.
