Regarding client’s training

Allen is enthusiastic towards sports and understands the needs of clients through communication. His professional knowledge helps a female client who did not have the habit of doing exercises to achieve her dream of going to Qinghai - Tibet Plateau for a cycling trip and she was the only lady who finished the trip. Also he spent 2 months in helping a man who disliked exercises in losing 16 pounds and falling in love with exercising. Besides, there was a lady in her 50s who never exercised and understood the advantages and happiness of exercising after the lesson and continued to exercise for some 2 years and kept her best body shape.

Regarding academic information or lectures

Allen makes use of his knowledge regarding fitness to heal his Osteoarthritis and recovered fully. He also cooperated with some organizations by being guest speaker of briefings about bodyweight training.
