Racquet sports, such as tennis and badminton require ample amounts of repetitive upper-limb movements involving the joints and muscles, which is the main reason for many common overuse musculoskeletal problems, such as tennis elbow, sprain wrist and shoulder tendinitis, etc. With proper use of kinesiology taping technique, players can improve joint stabilisation, muscle function, correct joint alignment and protect ligament, etc. In return, it can relieve pain, enhance sports performance and prevent recurrence of injury.
