As such, applying running training to promote your client cardiovascular fitness become the essential knowledge of personal trainers. In this episode, distance running coach, Zeco introduces all the essential elements and execution methods of running program, including running posture, treadmill operation, intensity monitoring. As for training variety, some common running regimens such as application of FITT-VP, Long-Slow-Distance(LSD) and Interval Run will be covered.
