Regarding client’s training.
I have many years of fitness training experience and am good at using functional training to raise clients’ performances in different types of sports. I also integrate the element of Pilates exercises to fitness training in order to improve clients’ posture and body trunk stability. Circuit training is also his common ways of training muscle shape and cardiovascular capacity.
Regarding academic knowledge and preparation of lectures
I am currently teaching in tertiary institutions including Caritas Community College and Hong Kong Institute of Technology. They have diploma courses like Yi Jin, health care, nutrition, fitness. With my great teaching experience and my passion towards the teaching profession, I always inspired many students during class.
